First, insert Column Wrapper, Select width as Full Screen. then add Panoramic Image to get the full-width image.
Switch to source mode, copy the html below and replicate to make new elements.

If you add anything at the top level, it will appear like this. You can make it even wider (without margin on either end)
You can add a wrapper if you want full width for paragraph styles that don't have width element (e.g. Image), and then insert the style to make it full width. Below, you see a Column Wrapper, and then an Image inside.
By default, the width will be full sceeen for all content type except Story. Story is designed for narrow style.
For inserting narrow sections, use the component "Narrow Section", as you can see below.
